Loisrie Company, LLC specializes in Bartending Services throughout Central Arkansas. We are Arkansas state-licensed certified. Loisrie (pronounced 'Lois-ree') Company is owned by Emily Harris. The company's name originated from her grandmother, Marie White and husband's grandmother, Lois Mae Turnage.

The inspiration for Delta Biscuit Co came in the early hours of the morning while he the owner, Hayne, was riding trains working for Union Pacific in 2014 and biding his time till he could open his own restaurant. He knew that he needed to find a way to bring Little Rock something it was lacking. He quickly settled on focusing on an incredible biscuit for the concept, and the name Delta Biscuit kept coming back to the top of the list, so in April 2016 Delta Biscuit Co. became a reality! We have been spreading the Biscuit Gospel ever since.

Melissa Cookston, BBQ Hall of Famer and television personality most notably on Netflix's Barbecue Showdown, is happy to announce the relaunch of her catering company, Green Tomato Catering. Melissa has catered many world-class events all over the US, including a plated dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Melissa is of course known for barbecue but can cater any cuisine, especially southern and Italian favorites. She and her daughter, Lauren, recently studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.
