“When my husband and I got engaged in May 2023, Wild Rose was the very first vendor I booked (I sent my inquiry the day after he proposed). As a venue owner with more than 5 years in the industry at the time, I knew that the most important, non-negotiable vendor would be our coordinator. I knew that I wanted the full planning aspect so that I could enjoy the process as a BRIDE, not from an industry or “work” perspective. Brenna and Molly had been so amazing to work with at the venue, I absolutely loved their product and knew I had to have them do my wedding. From day one they made me feel so confident in our choices, our to-do list felt like it was handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They fully designed our day - stationary, florals, decor rentals, it was such a blast to have our check-in meetings on Zoom to SEE our design come together. They handled all of the vendor exchanges, including when we arrived to our venue in Costa Rica and it looked completely different than the pictures online so we ended up moving our ceremony site to our welcome party site with 24 hours to go! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t worry for a second, but I did worry - if only for a second. Truly Brenna and Molly said “we got this” and they handled it so easily. I was worried about packing two wedding dresses for international travel - Molly had me bring them and my suitcase to work and she herself packed them perfectly. When we got to Costa Rica they came to our villa to unpack and hang them safely. On my wedding day Molly steamed my veil and was actually the one to get me in my dress. They were also so incredibly understanding with everything I wanted to do to include my mother who passed away in 2021. I brought a necklace with cremation remains and they so lovingly tied it on my bouquet for me. They carried the portrait I had my now mother-in-law carry down the aisle around with them throughout the day like she was just hanging out with them. They even took the portrait back to their flat so mom was at their “after party.” Our 3 sons are the first to refer our friends and family that are wedding planning to “Miss Brenna and Molly” - they loved hanging out with them for the week we were together. Overall - I love Brenna and Molly enough to spend a year in meetings with them AND fly them to Costa Rica for a week, along with our 30 closest family and friends. Their care, attention to detail, and confidence continue to amaze me and Wild Rose will always and forever be the best thing I ever did for our wedding!”

“TLDR: My friends and parents told me "brides don't get to remember their wedding because it's too stressful". I remember EVERYTHING thanks to Allyssa and so do my family and friends. It was an amazing flawless experience strictly due to her. We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the . She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. “Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! “We hired All A Events as our day of coordinator. My wife and I are so glad we did. Aleacia was easy to work with, and always had an open line of communication even if she wasn’t our complete wedding planner(we did most of the planning in advance, but agreed the day of was going to be hectic) as the groom, all I had to do was bring our decor and drinks. Then I was told to hang out in the groom suite. The bride arrived and all she had to focus on was getting ready. I kept asking Aleacia if I needed to do anything(I hate not being able to help lol) her and her crew told me no politely of course and told me “it’s your day to relax”. They decorated the venue beautifully and understood what we wanted. (We didn’t give them detail for detail cause we’re easy going) but I know All A events wouldn’t have any issues with more meticulous wedding decor. We had a smaller wedding and they made our 7 tables look like a large crowd from the sweetheart table. When we were doing our photography shoot, she made sure to bring us snacks and water from all the walking, and updated us about our catering be a bit late but on the way! Even offered to get more snacks from a grocery store nearby. Also Aleacia did all of this a month or so after having a baby! And she still kept that communication line open if we had any questions! She kept our timeline going in a timely manner(we had room for things be delayed or pushed forward) The end of the night her and crew cleaned up the venue in a timely manner. (We did a fake exit to help load our personal cars and pick up the suites) I would highly recommend them, they work quick and to the point, and offer any type of assistance in decor or rentals.”

“Ally is the freaking bomb! She was my day-of-coordinator, but she went above and beyond day-of-coordinating. Shortly after booking with her, we had our first of three meetings before the wedding, where she was instrumental in building the foundation of our special day. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and was always available and very responsive. With this being my first wedding, I had no idea where to start, but Ally was very knowledgeable and efficient. She always had a plan and paid attention to all of the small details. For example, the timeline she provided was excellent and very thorough. It was so detailed that my DJ told me it was the best timeline she had seen, making her job much easier as well. Ally even provided printed versions for the bridal party the night of rehearsal. If there is any problem that arises, you can trust Ally to find the solution with ease. “Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.”

I have been trying to write this review for months now and have struggled because words can’t describe how amazing Rach is and how grateful we are to have had her plan our wedding. To start, Rach is the nicest, kindest, and most caring person you’ll ever meet. She is truly one of my favorite people. From the moment we met her she had our best interests at heart. “My husband and I got married in December 2023 and used Sofi for the entirety of our wedding planning. I'm not great at, nor do I enjoy planning parties/events, but once we explained our general vision, vibe, and hopes for our day, it was obvious Sofi had a clear idea of what we wanted and she hit the ground running. I cannot even fathom what our wedding would've been like without her. Every detail was carefully curated. She stuck to our budget and honestly made everything so enjoyable with her bubbly, fun, and kind personality. She felt like (and I'd like to this was!) a close friend throughout the course of the year that we planned our wedding, and then the day of the wedding came and she was all business (I mean that in the most respectful and awe-inspiring way). Her and her team could not have made the day easier or more stress-free for us. She was on top of everything and her attention never wavered from doing everything she could to make it the best day ever for us. There was even a small detail that was wrong with our drink menu at the bar; we had incorporated our dogs' names and a sketch of them, and the wrong sketch had been placed next to the wrong dog name. We wouldn't have been upset in the slightest, and yet Sofi made a call and had the corrected drink menu on its way within seriously only 20 minutes! Our special day just would not have been the same without Sofi's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and unique eye for design.”

“Eili is exceptional in wedding coordination! She is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and very giving of her time! She made me feel very at-ease during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding! She went above and beyond “normal” coordinator duties!
