This review is long over due! My husband and I hired Ruban as our day of coordinator for our 10/22/23 wedding, and looking back it was the absolute best decision I made while wedding planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Pat was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process the team understood what I wanted and never made me feel like to needed to change my vision, which I loved! Although some of the team members were indifferent at some point, but the our main day of coordinator was resilient. Megan and Emily were the best coordinators I could have ever asked for! They were so thorough in our meetings, helping me make a checklist of all the things that I wouldn’t have thought of having at my wedding! They constantly reassured me that I wasn’t alone in the planning process whenever things got overwhelming. On the day of Megan and Emily were over prepared which I am so grateful for because… maybe 15minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle.. i spilled BLACK eyelash glue on the bottom half of my dress!! We instantly had a freak out but Megan and Emily were so calm, cool and collected, they immediately started cleaning off my dress. Although it wasn’t perfect they helped me calm down and realize it really wasn’t about the dress but the man I’d be marrying. I walked down the aisle 40minutes late but somehow throughout the night they got us back on track! They are amazing and kind women! They really care about your day and make it so wonderful and personal. I will forever recommend them!

Planning a Texas wedding from NYC was no small task, and I can confidently say that hiring Krysta as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. From the moment we brought her on board, she became an absolute rock in our planning process. Any mishaps were dealt with swiftly and gracefully, to the point where I didn’t even have to worry. As a Type A bride, she was everything I needed—she respected my need to be involved and, at the same time, was always five steps ahead when it came to questions or ensuring things ran smoothly. Even after the wedding, when we had some issues with vendors, Krysta provided unwavering support. She jumped on video calls with us, backed us up, and continued to hold our hands through the post-wedding process until we were fully ready to move on. For my wedding, our venue required a day-of coordinator, which was the best thing that happened, because it allowed me to meet Mary Anna! When I met her on Zoom, I knew she was the right fit for us. Her kindness, her responsiveness, and her ability to answer any question you have (and there are so many!) make the overwhelming process of planning a wedding so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, and would highly suggest hiring her for month-of coordination, as that last 30 days was such a whirlwind, and Mary Anna's constant communication - with me and with all our vendors - was priceless. She was an invaluable resource for all the questions I had throughout the planning process, she has experience with so many different vendors and venues, and she was a great support when things get stressful, as they inevitably do! Hiring Kristan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! I chose an a la carte kind of venue, which meant I had to source my own wedding caterer, décor, and design. When Kristan came into the picture, she helped everything run smoothly and even gave us many more ideas and recommendations to make our day so much more eventful and special! There were so many elements of my wedding and moving pieces that involved the help of friends and family, so it was inevitable that a small miscommunication between my mom and me led to missing table numbers and no bucket for our sparklers at the end of the night. However, Kristan was there and available to rescue us and she handled everything on the fly, easily smoothing out any hiccups without me, Connor, or my family and friends having to spend any time working to fix anything awry on our big day. She was a godsend! I was MOST excited about eating my wedding food, and we planned to eat before the ceremony, but the food was running behind! Kristan was so on top of things and quickly adjusted our schedule to get our food out to us within a good time! With all our planning and discussions in advance, she knew how important eating the food was to me. I'm telling y'all - I did NOT worry for a second, and I felt completely confident in Kristan's ability to care of everything. Boy did she deliver!! She also organized our rehearsal dinner, and we had so many compliments about how professional and put-together she was- she had her mic and speaker box, and it was clear she was in full control of the event! Beyond her incredible communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Kristan has the most energetic and cheerful personality! She never made us feel bad for switching plans, changing ideas, or adjusting timelines- she rolled with it all seamlessly. That was such a huge relief, especially as someone who leans a bit more towards people-pleasing, to have someone that never made me feel bad about what I wanted and encouraged and rolled with all of my ideas with such genuine excitement! :) We love her, we've already recommended her to friends who are using her for their wedding, and we will continue to recommend her to anyone planning their big day!! Aciana and her husband Alex were tremendous help on my day. I got her alittle later into planning, and I did all the things they were supposed to do and I really needed help on the day of. They were on point on getting my venue ready and knew that I wanted things on time. They would text me throughout the day while getting ready to just make sure on things. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.
