From your first venue tour to the last minute of your wedding, we want you to feel comfortable and experience stress-free wedding planning! We offer one of the most unique places in Arizona to have your ceremony. The Arizona sunset behind our grove of pecan trees creates a stunning backdrop unlike any other location. It is truly straight out of a dream. We specialize in customizable All-Inclusive Packages! We include your catering, photography, DJ, cake, personal florals, and much more. Our team understands how overwhelming the planning process can be and the importance of your special day, so we have created these packages to help plan your day from start to finish. This space can hold up to 225 guests and is the perfect location for a wedding reception or corporate event! With the 40,000 twinkle lights as the backdrop to the patio, this space is truly a dream come true. In Mid December - March, we install a canopy of twinkling lights!

A charming space that pairs elegance with a touch of rustic, combining to form a garden-party feel. Your guests will love this dedicated cocktail hour space as they enjoy complimentary lawn games, sip on cocktails, and delight in hand-passed hors d'oeuvres. This space could also be used as an intimate reception space or ceremony option.

Our 2.5 acre pecan grove is a beautiful setting for a ceremony! Invite your guests to join you in a place that feels like you stepped outside of Arizona and right into paradise.

Our Dream Wedding at Venue at the Grove
Our experience at Venue at the Grove was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, the team was organized, responsive, and truly cared about making our wedding day special. The venue itself is stunning — the grove, the garden atmosphere, and the overall setting created the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. A huge thank you to Trinity and the entire Olaya Events team. Trinity was amazing to work with and helped everything run so smoothly. On the wedding day, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment because we knew everything was being handled. Their team was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how seamless everything felt. The space photographed beautifully and created such a magical atmosphere for our celebration. We are so grateful we chose Venue at the Grove for our wedding and would absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue with an amazing team behind it. We could not have asked for a better Venue to have our wedding! Everyone at the Venue at the Grove was kind, courteous, and truly cared about making our day special. They were honest and up front about the costs and made it so easy to choose the vendors by providing trustworthy and professional vendor referrals. They spread the planing out over a number of months and sent emails when it was time to set things up. It made wedding planning a breeze. The actual day was incredibly seamless and I didn’t have to lift a finger for ANYTHING. The entire team, vendors included, were so in sync that all we had to do was have an amazing time. If we had to go back and do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing .

I cannot even begin to say how fantastic our experience was at Venue at the Grove. Our whole day, from beginning to end, was nothing short of magical. Trinity and the entire team made the planning process completely seamless, and many of our closest friends and family noted that we are the least stressed engaged couple they've ever seen - all thanks to the amazing planning and support from the Venue at the Grove team! I do not even know where to begin! This venue and this team made our entire wedding experience unforgettable. We fell in love with the space during our initial tour, but what really sold us was how warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable the staff is. Karina walked us through every detail during the tour, even showing us photos of what the venue looks like in December which was so helpful since we were planning a winter wedding. From there, the planning process was a breeze. Their monthly vendor breakdowns helped simplify everything, and Trinity and Alyssa were always quick to answer questions or hop on calls when we needed help. And the wedding day was perfection! Truly. Maddy kept everything on schedule while maintaining the calmest, happiest energy. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the day without stress. The venue itself is gorgeous at all times of day, but the team behind it is what makes it truly exceptional. We cannot recommend Venue at the Grove enough!
